The Contacts will be collected and processed by Immunomate.
We will store your contact into secure server, to just provide you the best services. We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your data.
We provide you photos of the stored contact on your device, so to work these features perfectly we need contact data.
We use all the information, we have to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services.
Comply with the law, or respond to lawful requests served on us and legal process;
You further agree that, you participate in the Enhanced Search functionality, we may collect, use and share certain information regarding the contacts contained in your device’s phone book (“Contact Information”) with other Users in accordance with the Immunomate Privacy Policy in order to provide the Services. By allowing Contact Information to be collected, you give Immunomate a right to use that Contact Information as a part of the Service and you guarantee that you have any and all permissions required to share such Contact Information with us.

Account and User Information:

We collect your name, mobile phone number and email to create your user account and profile. By creating the user account and profile on the Services, You confirm being the holder of a certain mobile phone number and Company will collect the information provided by you in your capacity as a User. You may choose to provide additional information for your user profile such as photo. The information we collect helps to enhance the app and verify our User’s profile. Subject to Your app settings, your account and User profile information may be visible to the other Users visiting your profile page.
You will not create a registration with Immunomate if you are less than 18 years of age; unless you have permission from a legal guardian, who has a Immunomate valid account.
2. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:
We will not sell, trade, rent or disclose any of the personal information you provide to us for any reason, without your prior consent. Otherwise, your Personal Information will only be disclosed where required or allowable by law. However, no security system is impenetrable and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
In order to improve the “Immunomate” quality, you agree that the “Company” may make your “Personal Data” available to the external technical developers who have entered into the non-disclosure agreement with the “Company”.
