Limitation of Liability:

6.1. Meta provides the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties or representations, whether express or implied. 6.2. Meta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or any content downloaded through the Service.
6.3. Meta’s maximum liability to you for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
